PURPOSE: A crossbeam mold and a construction method thereof are provided to reduce construction waste by recycling disassembled molds. CONSTITUTION: A crossbeam mold comprises a first support(110), a second support(120), a control device(130), a post, a support member(150a), a second support member(150b), a slab support member(180), a floor panel(160) and a side panel(170). The first and second supports are installed on a column(1) and separated each other. The control device adjusts an interval of the first support and the second support. A plurality of posts is arranged on the first support and the second support. The slab support member is positioned on the post. The side panel is positioned in the both ends of the floor panel and adheres closely to the post.
