The present invention relates to a skin contact type sap patch containing rare earth minerals which enables to remove a waste matter of a human body effectively by absorbing it into the sap mixture powder being filled in an inside of sap patch as well as to maximize a penetration of an anion and a far infrared ray into a skin through the said rare earth minerals being contact to a surface of skin directly when sticking a sap patch on a human body, so that the said patch make it possible to activate a cell of human body and accelerate a blood circulation by warming up to more deepest spot from a skin. As a technical means, the present invention provides a skin contact type sap patch containing rare earth minerals which is filled a sap powder into the space between a sheet of an air permeability being contacted with a skin and a sheet of an air non-permeability putting opposite to it, and the said sheet surface of an air permeability form a patch of a skin contact type by being laminated with a rare earth mineral layer having a powder shape with constant intervals by intermediating an inorganic binder by using a printing method, and the said rare earth mineral layer is formed with thickness of 2 ~ 30µm, and the said rare earth minerals being formed with lamination on the said sheet surface of an air permeability is consisted of comprising 40-50 weight part of monazite and 50-60 weight part of tourmaline.
