PURPOSE: A duct connecting device with a damper is provided to control the rotation of a duct without classifying top or bottom sides. CONSTITUTION: A duct connecting device comprises a lid part(31), a connecting member(30), a rotary axis, a damper, an adjustment knob(50) and a display part(60). The connecting member fixes a rectangular duct to a seating groove(33). The rotary axis passes through an upper part and an lower part. The damper has a turning board guiding the air flow direction. The adjustment knob rotates the rotary axis and is fixed in the both ends of the rotary axis along with a washer(51). The display part detects the mass flow of the air and rotation number of the damper.
