A laminar element (11) sectionally loops the cord and is connected with the cord. The laminar element is made of fluoric rubber, and the cord is firmly connected with the laminar element by vulcanizing. The laminar element is made of fluoric hydrocarbon polymensate, and the cord is designed from a steel wire.
