The present invention relates to a tire vulcanizing mold for manufacturing a finished tire by vulcanizing a green tire obtained from a molding process during the manufacture of a tire. More particularly, the present invention relates to a tire vulcanizing mold, which improves the appearance quality of a tire by improving the transfer pressurization force of a segment pressurized by an outer ring in a locked state of a vulcanizing mold. According to the present invention, the tire vulcanization force comprises: an upper side mold (2) fixed to an upper plate (1); a sector mold (3) adjacent to the upper side mold (2) and installed so as to move on the upper plate (1) by being in contact with a segment (6) which acts on an outer ring (5) elevated/dropped, while the sector mold (3) moves slidably along a tilted junction portion (4); and a lower side mold (8) fixed to a lower plate (7) facing the upper plate (1) and adjacent to the sector mold (3), wherein a jaw step groove (9) is formed on the lower back surface of the segment (6) and a supplementary contact portion (10) is mounted to the jaw step groove (9) to be connected to the lower plate (7) by using a bolt (11a) and nut (11b). |
