PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive member for an electronic photography having stable charging performance.SOLUTION: The conductive member comprises a conductive base material, a conductive elastic layer, and a surface layer, in this order. The surface layer includes a polymer having urethane bond. The polymer includes in a molecule, a structure included in at least two groups which are selected from a group A of structures represented by a specific structural formula (1), a group B of structures of one or both of structures represented by a specific structural formula (2) and by a specific formula (3), and a group C of structures represented by a specific structural formula (4). The surface layer has a volume resistivity equal to or more than 1.0×10Ω.cm and equal to or less than 1.0×10Ω.cm, and the surface layer has universal hardness at a position having depth of 1 μm from the surface, equal to or more than 1.0 N/mmand equal to or less than 7.0 N/mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
