The health appliance has pivotable mount (20) provided in support (15) of base (10). A foot stepping portion (30) has pedals (32) that are mounted to shaft provided in both sides of mount. A lever interlocking unit (40) and a horizontally rotatable pusher (45) are provided on base. Both ends of pusher are pressed against pedals of foot stepping portions.
