The device has an assembly formed by an external pad (1) and an internal sliding pad, where an edge of the external pad is provided with two slides. The internal and external pads are connected by a hinge. A locking system locks the assembly on a mattress of a bed. The locking system is formed of a toothed bar, ratchets, holes, pins or screwing/locking element. The external pad is made of wood, metal or plastic material.
