PURPOSE: A method for producing deer blood powder using Benicasa hispida extract is provided to extend coagulation time of deer blood. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing deer blood comprises: a step of adding 0.1-1%(w/v) of coagulation preventing agent selected from sodium citrate, 0.1-1%(w/v) of calcium hydroxide, 1-10%(v/v) of ethanol and 0.001-0.01%(w/v) of heparin enicasa and 0.1-5%(v/v) of Benicasa hispida extract to deer blood; a step of drying deer blood mixture and pulverizing; and a step of juicing. The drying is performed by freeze-drying or decompression drying. |
