<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating structure for a power transmission device, enabling to reduce oil leakage. <P>SOLUTION: The lubricating structure for a manual transmission as the power transmission device is provided with: an input shaft 21 having a hollow shape for transmitting rotating power; a transmission case 12 storing the input shaft 21; and an oil cover 61. The oil cover 61 is mounted on the transmission case 12. The oil cover 61 extends to the inside of the input shaft 21 for supplying lubricating oil to the input shaft 21. The transmission case 12 has a case side groove 52 to form an oil path which guides the lubricating oil to the oil cover 61.
