PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new antioxidant material containing a natural food ingredient as an effective ingredient and to provide a food containing the same.

SOLUTION: The antioxidant material contains lactic-fermented egg albumen containing natural food ingredients as an effective ingredient. The food blended with the same is also provided.
