METHOD FOR CONTROLLING REFERRING TO AND UPDATING MATTER DATA IN WORKFLOW SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the security of matter data in case that a workflow system is coordinated with an external business operation system; and to build up workflow without adding a new function to an external business operation system and conduct flow control on the basis of its setting.

SOLUTION: The workflow system is provided which executes processing in coordination with an external system. The workflow system includes: a processing acquisition part which acquires requests including a processing request related to matter data which are processing objects transmitted from the external system; and a matter data processing part which executes processing related to the matter data on the basis of both a processing request acquired by a matter processing part and process information including an access control definition table which is defined so that access control in each process in workflow may be executed under prescribed conditions.
