<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber roller which prevents vulcanized rubber from firmly sticking to a shaft body or easily removes the rubber even if it sticks even if an unvulcanized rubber composition, to which a sulfur-based vulcanizing agent is added, is arranged on the shaft body having on it a nickel-containing plating coat and is heated and vulcanized; and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The rubber roller has: a shaft body having a plating coat that contains at least nickel and fluorine resin particles; and a vulcanized rubber elastic layer provided on the outer periphery of the shaft body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
