<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high-speed and an increase in efficiency of transmission of a multicast packet in wireless LAN apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In wireless LAN apparatus, a wireless base station and two or more wireless terminals constitute wireless LAN. The wireless base station includes a transmission means for changing a multicast packet into a unicast packet with its destination to the wireless terminal and transmitting it when the number of wireless terminals under connection is one, while the transmission means does not transmit the multicast packet when there is no wireless terminals under connection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
