<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unify a disconnection signal output and a fail latch time at the time of DC lighting and PMW dimming, and furthermore, to detect disconnection with high precision. <P>SOLUTION: This lighting control device is equipped with a current driving part 15 to DC-control or PWM-control an LED unit 4, and a disconnection detecting part to detect the disconnection of the LED unit 4. Especially, the disconnection detecting part has a latch circuit 14 and a reset part 12.
