<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering control device capable of certainly separating a motor driving circuit and a three-phase alternating motor from each other at abnormal time at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: Switching elements 51, 52 for emergency which are semiconductor switching elements are respectively provided on feeding lines 42V, 42W of V, W phases in the motor driving circuit 43 out of the steering control device 40. Thereafter, an MOSFET as all the switching elements 51, 52 for emergency is turned off by sequentially turning off the MOSFET on which an electric current in a direction where the MOSFET on which the electric current does not flow when abnormality occurs or parasitic diodes 51D, 52D turns on flows. Consequently, it is unnecessary to use the expensive MOSFET durable for spike voltage as the switching elements 51, 52 and to reduce cost as the electric current is never suddenly cut off. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
