PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice packaging bag wherein the bag for continuously filling rice every time a predetermined amount of rice is measured has a matt appearance at the surface of the bag without using any conventional adding agent, enables a rice filling port of the bag to be easily opened, has a heat seal heightened to increase its strength and to cause the bag to be hardly broken, and further enables air in the bag to be discharged positively and easily out of the bottom part in the bag body when the bag is sealed after being filled with the rice. SOLUTION: The rice packaging bag 1 is formed by linear low-density polyethylene resin polymerized with metallocene catalyst where additive agents such as neutralizer, antioxidant, antiblocking agent, slip agent and antistatic agent are not used at all in polyethylene molten raw material, a plurality of maze seals 31, 32are melted and adhered near and along a direction of bottom side 3' of the formed bag to make a bottom part 30, and when the bottom part is to be formed, not-yet melted and adhered portions g1, g2, g of the vertical adjoining maze seals 31, 32are formed in a zig-zag shape to each other.
