PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the fluctuation of air flow control valve in a valve opening position with respect to the valve opening position. SOLUTION: An air flow control valve 17 is provided with a pressure receiving part 23 which acts force directed to one of a valve closing position side (plus side) and an opposite side (minus side) to the valve closing side by receiving flow of air passing through a part corresponding to the control valve 17 in an intake passage 15 when the air flow control valve 17 is in a valve opening position. Even though the air flow control valve 17 in the valve closing position suffers the fluctuation with respect to the valve opening position caused by the flow of air flowing in the intake passage 15, the fluctuation of pressure in the intake passage 15 or the like, occurs only on one of the plus and minus sides with respect to the valve opening position. Therefore, the difficulty in operating an electric motor 21 so as to force the air flow control valve 17 to displace toward the valve opening position following the fluctuation position to the valve opening position of the air flow control valve 17 can be eliminated.
