SOLUTION: The temperature compensation type crystal oscillator provided with two output terminals from a temperature compensation circuit portion and an oscillation circuit portion where a crystal oscillator is connected includes a switch connected to an oscillation circuit and the two output terminals, and the switch includes a first switch portion provided between one of the two output terminals and the oscillation circuit, and a second switch provided between a part between the first switch and the one output terminal and a path connecting a part between the oscillation circuit and first switch, and the other one of the two output terminals.
