<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yarns' diagonally crossed nonwoven fabric production apparatus of low cost having position-fine-tuning-type yarn guard pins, with long service life despite being of high accuracy, and enabling high productivity as well. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The yarns' diagonally crossed nonwoven fabric production apparatus has a conveyor equipped with a large number of yarn guard pins transversely at predetermined pitches in its advancing direction, and a yarns' diagonally crossed nonwoven fabric is produced by hooking, on these yarn guard pins, yarns guided from yarn-feeding thin tubes being in traverse left and right on the conveyor. In this apparatus, the yarn guard pins are set up on the conveyor dividedly on a plurality of pin-holding frames, and there are provided, among these frames, spaces narrower than the pin spacings, thus the positions of these frames can be finely tuned by moving these frames in the conveyor's advancing direction.
