<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a cationic electrodeposition coating composition having a high heat conductivity of an obtained cured film. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cationic electrodeposition coating composition comprises a diamond powder and an epoxy resin, and the volume average particle diameter of the diamond powder is in the range of 0.1-1.5 μm. The epoxy resin has a sulfonium group and a propargyl group and at least one skeleton selected from the group consisting of a novolak cresol type skeleton and a novolak phenol type skeleton.
