<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder mixing charging device capable of controlling a powder dropping position. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The powder mixing charging device 1 provided at a transit portion between a first conveyer 6 and a second conveyer 7, includes a mixing portion 2 having a supplying port 2a into which raw materials Q, R are supplied from the first conveyer 6, a mixer 4 provided on the inside of the mixing portion 2 and rotatably jornaled, and a discharging portion 3 having a discharging port 3a through which products P mixed by the mixer 4 are discharged to the second conveyer 7. The mixing portion 2 and the discharging portion are integrated, and the discharging portion 3 has a rectangular pyramid trapezoidal shape gradually decreasing a diameter toward the discharging port 3a.
