<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door lock switch device containing appropriately arranged contact parts of a limit switch, capable of reliably making and breaking the contact parts in response to an input operation to the contact parts and of improving the reliability and safety concerning door opening/closing control. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The door lock switch device has two substantially plate-like contact parts 13, 14 in a limit switch section 10 for detecting a position of a door 50, with their respective proximal end portions 13a, 14a significantly different in position from each other, and, when the door is unlocked by a lock lever 20, moves, out of a movable range of a distal end portion 13b of one contact part, a distal end portion 14b of the other contact part pressed by the lock lever 12, to establish a switch open state, thereby capable of reliably separating the other contact part 14 from the one contact part 13 by pressing with the lock lever 20, of shifting the switch reliably into the open state as the door is unlocked, of increasing the reliability as the limit switch without abnormal continuation of a close state, and of ensuring the safety of an entire door opening/closing mechanism.
