<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper system suppressing variations in the wiping speed of a wiper in a low speed operation mode. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When an operational designation in the low speed operation mode is accepted through a wiper switch 14, a rotation speed control unit 20 outputs a control signal, whose duty ratio is adjusted to maintain the rotation speed of a wiper motor 12 detected by a rotation sensor 16 at a predetermined target rotation speed C, to a PWM control circuit 30. When an operational designation in a high speed operation mode is accepted through the wiper switch 14, the rotation speed control unit 20 outputs a control signal having a duty ratio of 100% to the PWM control circuit 30.
