<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mainly improve the surface rigidity and weight reduction. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A vehicle body strength member structure comprises a cylindrical vehicle body strength member body part 25 extending and having at least a rectangular internal space 29. A partition wall part 36 partitioning the rectangular internal space 29 into a plurality of small spaces 31-35 is provided at least at a part of the inside of the rectangular internal space 29 in the axial direction of the vehicle body strength member body part 25. The partition wall part 36 is made to be a dividing wall part 46 which divides at least one of wall parts 41-44 composing the rectangular internal space 29 into at least two or more parts.
