PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication service provision system allowing a user to participate in a virtual space community on a communication network without performing a complicated operation of an information communication terminal, and to provide a method thereof. SOLUTION: A communication relay device 30 having a wireless communicable area nearly the same as a store area in each of a plurality of stores related to each other in a real space is installed in each store. When the information communication terminal 10 enters one of the wireless communicable areas in the store, a start-up request for starting an application used for using the virtual space community on the communication network available by a plurality of information communication terminals located in each wireless communicable area of the store in the information communication terminal 10 is transmitted to the information communication terminal 10. For the information communication terminal 10 entering the one of the wireless communicable areas in the store, a user of the information communication terminal 10 is registered as a participant of the virtual space community.
