The invention pertains to the field of the construction industry, for one-storey or multi-storey buildings. The invention relates to a pre-fabricated structure which is provided with a fixed element combined with an articulating system, a sliding system, an installation system, an anti-vibration system, a sliding system for levelling the floor, and an optimised double transportation system, and thereby forms an indivisible pre-fabricated construction unit, which may be collapsed or folded, enabling the assembly and disassembly thereof without separating the pieces forming the unit, and without requiring qualified construction workers or tools, just as the unit can be moved without requiring equipment or qualified transportation workers. The pre-fabricated structure can be used in the construction industry for building and providing partial or complete solutions in such diverse areas as full dwellings or parts thereof such as kitchens, dining rooms, bedrooms, living rooms; offices, commercial establishments, retail outlets, warehouses, stores, educational centres, libraries, classrooms; clinics, medical service centres, laboratories; country houses, campsites, outhouses and any other type of building.
