PURPOSE: A sterilization device for a potable water purifier is provided to improve structure recycling the remaining water for washing and sterilization of the water purifier. CONSTITUTION: A sterilization device for a potable water purifier includes a main body(100), a steam generation and spraying unit(200), a main water tank(310), a secondary water tank(320), a water supply unit(400), and a power supply control part(500). The steam generation and spraying unit includes a steam generator(210), a water supply path(220), a water supply pump(230), a filter(240), a control valve(250), and a steam spraying pipe(260). A water leveling sensor(311) is installed at an inner side of the main water tank. The water level information is transferred to an indication part(600) installed at an outer side of the housing. The water supply unit includes a main pump(410), a water transferring pipe(420), a main pipe(431,432), a secondary pipe(441,442), and a valve(451,452,453,454).
