<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply means formed in an outer shape interchangeable with a branch switch for supplying AC power to a load side circuit to perform switch-on and off operation of electric paths from the outside and supplying DC power supply from its load side terminals, and to provide a distribution board which can supply AC power supply or DC power supply corresponding to a load circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply means has: a power supply connection portion 1051 which obtains power from electrically conductive bars replaceably and mountably by forming a case in the substantially same shape as the branch switch; a power supply output terminal portion 1053 prepared at another end of the power supply connection portion; a switch intervening between the power supply connection portion and the power supply output terminal portion, which is prepared operatively as well as an handle operation portion of the branch switch from the outside and switches on and off the electric paths between the power supply side and the load side; and a control circuit section 1054 having a converter for performing AC-DC conversion processing of the power obtained from the electrically conductive bars.
