<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable laminated piezoelectric ceramic element that is easily manufactured and not deteriorated in insulation resistance even in a high humidity environment, and also provide a manufacturing method of the element. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated piezoelectric ceramic element 1 is formed into such a structure that a laminated body 4 is formed by integrating and alternately laminating a plurality of piezoelectric ceramic layers and a plurality of internal electrode layers, the internal electrode layer is formed as an opposing electrode, the internal electrode layers exposed at the side surface of the laminated body 4 are covered with an insulating part in each other layer, a pair of external electrodes 5 covering the insulating part and electrically connecting the internal electrode layer are formed, and the external electrodes 5 are exposed to the front surface.
