<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provided an information management system for generating a form handled in a workflow system based on a form generated without considering the workflow. <P>SOLUTION: The information management system includes a first management server for managing form definition information including definition of a form which is used in a workflow for processing business. The first management server decides a check region to be added onto a form received in the form of paper, decides a position where the decided check region is to be printed on the form, gives an instruction to print the decided check region at the decided position, and registers definition of the check region to be printed in the form definition information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
