PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine provided with two start openings, which permits an optimal variation time to be set and a related performance to exhibit a high performance effect. SOLUTION: When game balls enter a first start opening 105 and a second start opening 120 during variation, their entitlements to variation are reserved as reserved balls. The game data of the reserved balls are determined by a preliminary determination means 330 before the reserved balls are varyingly displayed. As a result of the determination of the preliminary determination means 330, the related performance is put on across a plurality of the reserved balls. A control means 200 preferentially processes reserved balls obtained by entrance into the second start opening 120. The control means 200 sets the variation time due to entrance on the basis of the quantity of reserved balls in the first varying display reservation means 401 when a game ball enters the second start opening 120 when the related performance is put into motion by the reserved balls reserved in the first varying display reservation means 401.
