PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle notification device enabling an emergency vehicle to arrive at a stop position of a vehicle by notifying the position where the vehicle stops. SOLUTION: An abnormal state of a driver in a vehicle is detected (S10), a stop position of the vehicle is determined when it is decided that the state of the driver is abnormal (S14), at least the position to stop the vehicle is notified (S18), and the vehicle is guided to the stop position (S20). Thereby, the emergency vehicle such as an ambulance can know the accurate position where the vehicle stops, the emergency vehicle arrives at the stop position of the vehicle in a short time.
