<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for applying plasma to a chemical reaction, without applying various discharge formats or packing a catalyst to a discharge field. <P>SOLUTION: A reaction is accelerated in a chemical material in a region of discharge plasma by forming the region of the discharge plasma in a reaction space, by feeding the chemical material, a raw material, into the reaction space, and by feeding acoustic waves from a sound source to the reaction space. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
