<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking device for a two-wheeler, reduced in cost and defective action by simplifying its constitution. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The parking device includes: a holding device 2 which holds and maintains a tire part of a front wheel of a two-wheeler A advanced in a parking stand 1 and stopped in the predetermined position; and an action device 3 for opening/closing the holding device 2. The holding device 2 has a pair of tire holding members 4 provided with a predetermined space therebetween, and is opened/closed by the working device 3. The action device 3 includes: an operational mechanism unit 3A provided on the parking stand 1, and a transmission mechanism unit 3B connected to the operational mechanism unit 3A. The tire holding member 4 is opened/closed via a link device of the transmission mechanism unit 3B.
