<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radial rubber soap cake tray of a soap-case-adaptable universal type, using durable silicon rubber, with rubber strips passing through a center base and radially laid over ring-shaped rubber as an outer base, to be mounted on various existing soap trays.
