PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately conduct inspection determination on the presence of a bore even if an electric wire is inserted in an adjacent terminal insertion hole in such a case that a terminal is erroneously inserted and breaks a film in an unused terminal insertion hole. SOLUTION: The film 3 is formed of one film 3a and another film 3b separating in a terminal insertion direction in a step shape in the terminal insertion hole 2 of a packing body 9 for a connector. Both the films are connected by a thin film 5 rising in the terminal insertion direction. Surfaces 3ac, 3bc of both the films intersecting with the thin film are separated by a length H of the thin film. Films 18, 33 are formed in the terminal insertion holes 17, 32 of the packing bodies 21, 36. Bent shaped grooves 19, 34 are formed on the films, and the thin films 27, 41 are formed on the grooves. A thin film 5' is arranged in a diagonal line 42 direction of the terminal 6 having a rectangle shape in cross section inserted in the terminal insertion hole 2, and corners 6c in the diagonal direction of the terminal abut on both ends 5d of the thin film.
