PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus and a grounding mechanism, which suitably serve earth-grounding between a circuit board and other components. SOLUTION: A shield mechanism 20 consists of: a frame portion 24 which is fixed to and standingly provided to a circuit board 10, surrounding electronic components 11 arranged in a circuit board 10; a frame body 21 equipped with a grounding plane 23 provided extending toward an opening portion and constituted by the frame portion 24 in the upper side face 24a of the frame portion 24, a flat plate portion 26 covering at least the opening portion contacting a part of the frame body 21; and a lid body 22 equipped with a passage hole 25 having an occupying area smaller than the grounding area 23, being provided in a flat plate portion 26. An external component 30 is equipped with a conductive elastic body 31 fixedly adhered to a facing surface with the shield mechanism 20. The external component 30 is further arranged so as to contact with the grounding plane 23 provided in the frame body 21 plugging a passage hole 25, while the conductive elastic body 31 passes the passage hole 25 provided in the lid body 22.
