<p>A mixed salt including a salt of sodium is heated to produce a melt. The temperature of the melt is regulated so as to be higher than the liquidus temperature of the mixed salt, and this melt is poured into a mold for core molding. The temperature of the melt at the time when the melt pouring into the mold is completed is regulated so as not to exceed the temperature higher by 30°C than the liquidus temperature of the mixed salt. The melt is solidified inside the mold to form a salt core (102) for casting. Thus, a salt core for casting which comprises a salt cast obtained by melting and molding salts of sodium, etc. and has water solubility is obtained. This salt core has strength more stably.</p> |
