PURPOSE: A hood switch of a vehicle is provided to prevent car theft by installing a wire cut sensing terminal operating an alarm through BCM in case of cutting a wire. CONSTITUTION: A hood switch(100) of a vehicle comprises a housing(11), first and second ground terminals(12,13), a push-button(14), and a movable contact point(15). A wire connector(21) connected to a BCM(Body Control Module) is combined with a housing. The first and the second ground terminals are connected to the wire connector. One side of the push-button is installed inside the hosing to be moved and the other side of the push-button is drawn out to the upper part of the housing. The movable contact point is connected to the push-button. The movable contact point connects or disconnects the first and the second ground terminals to supply power. The housing has a wire cutting sensing terminal(110).
