<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently radiate heat generating from semiconductor light-emitting elements. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle lamp 10 comprises a LED 20 as light source; a heat sink 14 containing a thermal conductive insulating board 24 and a stationary member 26 in contact with the LED 20, a base portion 16 in contact with the stationary member 26, and a plurality of flat plate fins 18 vertically provided at prescribed intervals on the base portion 16 to radiate heat from the LED 20; and a casing 12 for housing LED 20, the thermal conductive insulating board 24, the stationary member 26, and the heat sink 14.
