<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of an electrode plate for a lithium ion secondary battery capable of sufficiently ensuring adhesion between metal foil and a binder which is homogeneous within an active material layer by a necessary minimum amount of binder. <P>SOLUTION: Slurry containing an active material is applied to metal foil 1 with a coating device 2, a shield plate 5 is set to the surface side of the metal foil 1, preheating is conducted by sending warm air from a warm air device 4 on the back side of the metal foil, and then slurry is dried by sending warm air from both warm air devices 4 of the surface side and the back side of the slurry coated surface to manufacture the electrode plate for the lithium ion secondary battery. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
