<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weather strip-fitting structure capable of allowing the sufficient deformation when being hit by a windshield glass when a door is closed, and preventing any wear or breakage or the like on a molded part in a fitting structure of a molded part of a weather strip which is fitted to a front edge of a quarter window glass to be opened/closed of a vehicle of a convertible structure by a sash while the molded part at a lower end being covered by a body side seal parts when the quarter window glass is closed. <P>SOLUTION: A sash at a part corresponding to a cover part to be covered by a seal parts 8 is removed, and a fitting part 11b of the cover part is adhered to a front edge of a quarter window glass 1 with an adhesive.
