PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner seal member which is high in interface peeling strength between a foam layer and a film layer and excellent in toner sealing property and sliding property over a long period of time. SOLUTION: The toner seal member 1 comprises a layered product 2 of a urethane foam layer 21 and a urethane film layer 22. The layered product 2 is formed in such a manner that a urethane foam material is foamed on the urethane film. The sliding strength of the layered product is≤60 N, the density of the urethane foam layer 21 is 200-480 kg/m<SP>3</SP>, its cell diameter is≤300μm and its thickness is≥0.5 mm.
