PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable operation and to activate a system at a high speed further by preventing erroneous erasure of a system file and making it difficult to alter the system file in the system for which the system file is disposed on an HDD and which is activated from it. SOLUTION: (1) An area not to be registered in a partition list is secured on a hard disk. (2) An original file system is used and a file for system activation is disposed.
