PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical liquid supplying device which, when there is intermittently flowing water, allows a chemical liquid to flow out of the device by being entrained by the water and which, when there is no flowing water, prevents wasteful discharge of the chemical liquid from a chemical liquid container. SOLUTION: This chemical liquid supplying device includes a support body 2 for supporting the chemical liquid container, a chemical liquid holding body 5 placed at a position which makes contact with intermittently flowing water, and a supplying section 4 capable of supplying a chemical liquid to the chemical liquid holding body 5. The supplying section 4 has an upper end connectable to a mouth of the chemical liquid container and also has a lower end having formed therein a leading hole 421a for leading the chemical liquid to a lower end opening. The chemical liquid holding body 5 extends downward from a position in contact with or close to that opening edge of the leading hole 421a which is at the lower end of the leading hole 421a. The chemical liquid holding body 5 is constructed such that at least a portion in contact with or close to that opening edge of the leading hole which is at the lower end of the leading hole is a flat surface or such that a holding groove 51 for leading the chemical liquid out of the opening of the leading hole by capillary action and holding the chemical liquid in the holding groove 51 is formed in the surface of the chemical liquid holding body.
