PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device including a carbon nanotube structure. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device includes: a first substrate; a second substrate; a liquid crystal layer held between the first substrate and the second substrate; a first alignment layer installed on the first substrate; and a second alignment layer installed on the second substrate. A heating structure is installed on the first substrate or/and the second substrate. The heating structure includes the carbon nanotube structure.
