<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered fiber structure having characteristics such as high collection efficiency and low pressure loss, suppressing the break of ultrafine fiber, having excellent heat resistance, and hardly reducing such the characteristics even after high-temperature use, and to provide a filter comprising the fiber structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The multilayered fiber structure comprises at least three or more layers of fiber structures comprising a lower layer, an intermediate layer and an upper layer. The intermediate layer is the fiber structure comprising the ultrafine fiber having 10-500 nm diameter, and the upper and lower layers are the fiber structures comprising a fiber having 1-100 μm diameter. The intermediate layer comprises the ultrafine fiber having ≥300°C heat decomposition temperature or ≥200°C melting point or softening point, and the upper and/or lower layer contains a thermoplastic fiber or a thermoplastic resin having 270-400°C melting point or softening point. The upper layer and the lower layer are partially bonded by thermocompression bonding in the multilayered fiber structure. The filter comprises the multilayered fiber structure.
