PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which never confuses players. SOLUTION: The slot machine determines whether the initial start of a liquid crystal display is completed, when a winning combination lottery is carried out. If the initial start is completed, a performance to be carried out by lottery is chosen from all performances a to z which the slot machine can carry out, in other words, a performance group A and the chosen performance is carried out. Besides, if the initial start is not completed, a performance to be carried out by lottery is chosen from performances x to z using a performance device other than the liquid crystal display, in other words, a performance group B, and the chosen performance is carried out.
