A sand for animal toilet that is low in the possibility of injuring the legs, etc. of animals using the toilet and that reduces the amount of ammonia emitted. There is provided a sand for animal toilet containing multiple particulate matters, wherein each of the multiple particulate matters contains a group of particles consisting of an inorganic porous material and an inorganic binder integrally fixing the group of particles, and wherein the inorganic binder contains a non-cement type solidification agent. |
